Nick Mercier

Nick Mercier is a former high school mathematics educator with almost a decade of experience working with students in alternative settings, with his later years helping develop and implement curriculum as a department head. More recently, he has been working with Teknolab at the University of Arizona, first as a graduate student on their NSF funded study measuring usable knowledge, working primarily as a coder and mathematics expert. Currently, his work with the Teknolab has continued as a full researcher during their JSMF funded study on teacher decision making, acting as lead interventionist and in rubric development.
