Marijana Martinovic

Marijana Martinovic is a PhD student of Educational Psychology and a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Arizona. Her work focuses on learning processes, motivation, and the development of thinking skills in mathematics education.
She supports undergraduate teaching and is involved in research on classroom communication and teacher learning under the supervision of Dr. Nicole B. Kersting in TeknoLab. Before joining the University of Arizona, she earned her Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Primary School Class Teaching from the University of Kragujevac, Serbia, where her work focused on developing logical thinking in elementary mathematics.
Her interests include teaching, mathematics education, teacher knowledge, and the development of effective learning processes in diverse educational settings.
